Nationals Park nice and centepory beutiful place to see a Ballgame.I came here because i was in Washington D.C and wanted to check this place out The Reds beat the Nationals 6-2 Adam Dunn hit a 3-run home run concessions had lots of choices and average prices and the consessions area looked over the field and I also sat in the lower deck on the 3rd base side good seats good food good time.

I love this park! I am an O's fan who went to D.C. in 2008 for the Saturday night "Battle of the Beltway" game. The exterior doesn't really jump out at you as you approach but that's a good thing. It blends in well with the surroundings. We had seats in the right field terrace near the split. The "broken" upper deck reminds me of some of the old Griffith stadium pics I've seen. The huge bar in center field is a great touch. There are an amazing amount of excellent food options, probably more than I've seen in any other stadium.
Two complaints: Tickets (especially LF and CF seats) and concessions are a little pricey and, as is the norm these days there are too many non-baseball things for kids going on in the center field area. What happened to just going to a ballgame?
I'm not a Nats fan but I like having an NL and AL team in the area with two great stadiums so I hope they develop a bigger fan base. Here's hoping the "Battle of the Beltways" will one day mean something in the standings!

Went here once in 2008. People often refer to the 80's stadiums as "cookie-cutters" because of each park's similarities to the others. However, some of the modern stadiums are so similar it makes me cringe. I could stand in Nationals Park and think it was Citizens Bank Park, Turner Field, etc. Food and amenities may be nice, but they don't make up for the total lack of individuality at the stadium.
